Duplicate Charges for a Transaction

If you see multiple charges for a transaction, please validate the following:

  • Has your financial institution removed the authorization hold which would be dated for the time the rental occurred (may take 3-5 days based on your financial institution). We formally bill for the balance due when all rentals associated with the transaction are returned.
  • Is this a partial collection from an outstanding transaction? If we are not able to collect the full balance due, we may collect a partial amount based on what your financial institution allows. If you have a profile, review your transaction history to see any transactions that still have a pending balance.
