Reserved at wrong location

We'll hold onto your disc until 9 p.m. the day after you reserve it. If you just reserved it today, you've still got time to pick it up. You can check your reservation confirmation email for the address.

You might be able to cancel your reservation if it's still within the rental period and has yet to be picked up. Please email customerservice@redbox.com and our Customer Care team we will get back to you as soon as possible.
