Viewing transaction history
You can view the last 3 months of your transaction history after you've established an online profile with us. Transactions may take up to 48 hours to show up.
To view your transaction history:
Web:
1. Visit https://www.redbox.com/Account and login
2. Select 'My Account - Transaction History' to view your transactions.
Mobile App:
1. Launch the mobile app and login
2. Click on My Redbox
3. Click on the Person icon in the upper-left corner
4. Click on Transaction History
