Phone Number Not Updating

If you are trying to change your phone number on the Redbox Website or Mobile App and are not seeing this update, it might be due to account having Kiosk Sign In currently setup.

Follow the below steps once logged in to your account and your phone number will be updated:

  • From the Sign In menu, disable Kiosk Sign In
  • From the Personal Information menu, edit your phone number and Save
  • From the Sign In menu, setup Kiosk Sign In by setting up your PIN code. You will receive the text message confirmation which you must reply with 'Go' to complete the process.
