How to Reserve a Movie
Want to make sure you get your disc before it's gone? Reserve it online, here's how:
Reserving through the Redbox App
Select Search or Browse to find a title on your Redbox app, then select Rent Now and follow the instructions on the checkout page.
Reserving through Redbox.com
Scroll through the movies at https://www.redbox.com, then select Rent Now. Follow the instructions on the checkout page.
Canceling Your Reservation
If you don’t pick up your reservation, you’ll still be charged for one night's rental because the disc will still be taken out of circulation for other customers that night.
You might be able to cancel your reservation if it's still within the rental period and has yet to be picked up. Please email customerservice@redbox.com and our Customer Care team we will get back to you as soon as possible.
