How to Report a Disc That Won't Play
If the disc does not play_properly after cleaning it, you can report this through our IVR at 1-866-733-2693. Below are the steps:
If you still have the disc:
- Dial 866-733-2693
- Option 1 for Disc Won't Play
- Option 1 for Still Have the Disc
- Enter the 9 digit barcode from the sticker on the disc
- Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the disc rental
- Enter the billing zip code that was entered at the kiosk or during the reservation
- If the reservation is found with that information, proceed and follow the prompts
If you no longer have the disc:
- Dial 866-733-2693
- Option 1 for Disc Won't Play
- Option 2 indicating you no longer have the disc
- Enter the last 4 digits of the credit card used for the disc rental
- Enter the billing zip code that was entered at the kiosk or during the reservation
- Verbally state the first 3 characters of your last name & confirm by verbally saying Yes
- If the reservation is found with that information, proceed and follow the prompts
Return the disc to our Box (before or after reporting this) to prevent additional nightly rental charges
