Adding / Removing Payment Card

You can add or remove a payment card from your account by following the steps below:

Mobile Device App

  1. Select My Redbox.
  2. Select the account icon at the top of the screen (top left corner).
  3. Select Payment Method.
  4. Select 'Add Card' to add to 'Edit' to remove
  5. Add required payment card information including the payment card number, expiration date, name and billing zip code.
  6. If you want this to be the default card, make sure to check "Make Primary"
  7. Click 'Add' to have this card information saved to your profile

Redbox Website

  1. Visit https://www.redbox.com.
  2. Sign in with your email and password.
  3. Select 'Settings'
  4. Select 'Saved Payment Methods'
  5. Select 'Add Card' to add to 'Edit' to remove
  6. Add required payment card information including the payment card number, expiration date, name and billing zip code.
  7. If you want this to be the default card, make sure to check "Make Primary"
  8. Click 'Add' to have this card information saved to your profile
